Contest Rules & Criteria

Rules

1. Watch the video on the right.
2. Complete the entry form after the video ends to be entered for the contest.
3. You must like the MCE FB page/follow the MCE page on IG.
4. Contest will held once a month.

Criteria

• There will be one winner. Winners can only enter once but re-entries are allowed for other users. Winners will be announced at the end of the week. (For the Quarterly contest, previous winners are eligible to win again).
• Family members/caregivers are eligible to enter on behalf of a senior citizen.
• The gift cards will be delivered to the winners within 48 hours after confirming address. Contact details (phone number and email address) must be provided to claim prize.
• Winners must provide name and email/contact number. If no response is given after 24 hours, another winner will be selected.
• Winner will be required to submit a photo with the gift card once received. By entering the contest, the winner has consented to the use of their photo for promotional purposes on the contest page.
